Shanghai Xinben Sci. & Tech. Co., Ltd. started business in manufacturing of main frames and covering sheet parts for e-vehicles in 2004. Then our company began assembling whole e-bikes and e-scooters in 2006, and became a specializing e-vehicles manufacturer, including manufacturing adapted main frames and painting of the parts with high technology, which has been energetically supported by Shanghai City Government. Our company was approved as a designated enterprise for manufacturing environment protection vehicles and granted authority of independent export of our products by the state government. We are a privately owned and limited company.
Our company is located in the suburb of Shanghai City, at Huangdu Town, Jiading District of Shanghai, which is the center of the most active and economic booming core of Yangze Delta Area, and near the entrance of Shanghai-Nangjing express highway, which is 25km away from Shanghai Hongqiao airport and 55km away from Shanghai Pudong International Airport. The transportation to the city and harbors is very convenient.
With good location, abundant humanity resources, specialized talents, experienced senior engineers and skilled workers, came from all parts of China to form a peculiar technical team. There are two vehicle assembly lines and one packing line, one automatic painting line, frame producing line with yearly production capacity of 300,000 units. There are also research and develop center for developing new e-vehicle models and computer center. The works covers land area of 43,000 square meters with 25,000 square meters under roof, which is worth more than RMB50 million. We accept the ordering sheets in OEM production from Europe, and set-up an assembly factory in Jakarta, Indonesia in cooperation with Molis BBM.
According to ISO9001 standard, the certificate of the company quality control system was granted by Great Britain United Kingdom in 2005. Our products are mainly distributed to the South-East region market of China and exported to European, Asian, African and South American markets.
